Our primary industry focus is technology, telecom and financial services with clients ranging from publicly traded companies to privately held firms owned by founders, private equity funds and financial investors.
Team
Einar Sunde
Einar has 13 years of experience as financial and strategic adviser. He has supported more than 50 transactions within energy, IT, financial services and retail. He has worked on sell-side mandates, buy-side mandates, financing, restructurings, valuations and strategy processes. Before founding Apex in 2017, he worked at Arkwright Corporate Finance and Arkwright Consulting.
Einar is also co-founder and chair of the board of Sunday Power, the Norwegian market leader in rooftop solar energy for commercial real estate, and board member of Formue, Norway’s leading wealth manager.
Einar holds a Master of Philosophy in Economics from Cambridge University.
Henrik Arnstorp
Henrik has 10 years of experience as strategic and financial adviser (at Arkwright and Apex) and 3 years as operations manager at Uber. As strategic and financial adviser he has experience from more than 50 projects within strategy, business development, corporate finance and M&A across a wide range of industries. At Uber he played a key role in developing the disruptive transport and delivery app in the Nordics.
Henrik is also co-founder and former border member of Sunday Power, the Norwegian market leader in rooftop solar energy for commercial real estate.
Henrik holds a Master of Science in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from NTNU (the Norwegian University of Science and Technology).
