Our primary industry focus is technology, telecom and financial services with clients ranging from publicly traded companies to privately held firms owned by founders, private equity funds and financial investors.
Team
Einar Sunde
Einar has experience as financial and strategic adviser on more than 30 transactions within IT, telecom, oil & gas, financial services and media. He as worked in Arkwright Consulting and Arkwright Corporate Finance before founding Apex. Einar holds an MPhil in Economics from Cambridge.
Carl Espen Wollebekk
Espen has broad experience as advisor, manager (CFO and CEO) and board member, in both publically listed and non-listed companies. He has worked many years as an investment banker, strategy consultant and with M&A on more than one hundred transactions. He has worked with small start-ups and large enterprises, both locally in the Nordic markets as well as internationally with a focus on technology companies. He has a broad experience as investor. Wollebekk is educated at Copenhagen Business School and holds an MBA degree from Schiller International University in London, UK.
Henrik Arnstorp
Henrik has experience both as strategic adviser at Arkwright Consulting and as operations manager at Uber. As strategic adviser he has experience from more than 20 projects within strategy, business development and M&A across a wide range of industries such as oil & gas and infrastructure. At Uber he played a key role in developing the fast-growing transport app in Norway and the Nordics – growing a digital product in a challenging regulatory environment. Henrik holds an MSc in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from NTNU.
